Refund policy

No Return Policy:

• Once an order has been shipped, it is categorized as a "Return," and we adhere to a No Return Policy.

Refund Policy:

• Once an order has been shipped, all sales are considered final, and our No Return Policy applies.
• However, if you cancel your order before it is shipped, you are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.

• Refunds are applicable only to orders that have been cancelled before shipment.
