What is the return policy?

    ensure that any cancellations are made prior to shipment. Our "Order
    Shipped" notifications are sent out at after 12:00 PM AEST (Brisbane
    Time) according to our daily order cutoff schedule.

Important:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is categorized as a "Return," and we adhere to a No Return Policy.

Refund Policy:

  • Once an order has been shipped, all sales are considered final, and our No Return Policy applies.
  • However, if you cancel your order before it is shipped, you are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Important:

  • Refunds are applicable only to orders that have been cancelled before shipment.
